  • Data may be temporarily stored for processing, logging, and report generation.
  • Where applicable, files are stored using secure object storage with time-limited access URLs.
  • We do not store payment credentials on our servers; payment processing is handled through third-party providers.

3. No Guarantee of Absolute Security

While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure. By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risk
  • Unauthorized access, data breaches, or system failures may occur despite safeguards
  • NNN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Users assume additional risk associated with testing-stage software

6. Limitation of Liability (Security)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NNN shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or system interruptions except in cases of intentional misconduct or reckless disregard
  • Users assume all risks associated with data submission and platform use
