TERMS OF SERVICE
National Notice Network, LLC (hereafter, "NNN")
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
These Terms govern:
The Service is currently offered in beta form. You acknowledge:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
NNN aggregates publicly published probate and estate notices from third-party publishers.
NNN:
The Service reflects only publicly available notices at the time of their extraction.
NNN does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying information and consulting legal counsel.
NNN implements commercially reasonable safeguards. However:
NNN is not liable for third-party security breaches unless caused by malicious intentional misconduct or reckless misconduct.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW NNN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
User waives any claims based on ordinary negligence.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF:
User agrees to indemnify NNN for claims arising from reliance on platform data or misuse of Service.
NNN is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including cyberattack, outages, or government action.
NNN owns:
User retains ownership of uploaded data.
No reverse engineering permitted.
NNN may maintain commercially reasonable insurance coverage.
Nothing expands liability beyond Section 7.
Illinois law governs.
State Court: Circuit Court of Kane County, Illinois
Federal Court: U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division (Rockford, Illinois)
User consents to jurisdiction in those courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement unless superseded by executed Master Service Agreement.
